jewelry. We use quality materials and craftsmanship, and we stand behind every item

ONE YEAR WARRANTY ON CUSTOM MADE ITEMS

Do not allow any work to be performed on any of our jewelry by persons other than
ourselves. It will void the warranty! This includes sizing, alteration and any other
work which may be performed. Please double check your ring size so that we can avoid
additional charges for resizing as well as additional shipping charges. Our Quality
Control will carefully check your item before it is shipped to you to ensure that
it is in accordance with your approved specifications. Any order that is custom
made with your approval of the drawings is non-refundable unless it is damaged during
shipping, defective or not made according to the approved drawings. You must contact
us before sending item back for any modification, sizing, etc. We will advise you

If we are using your diamonds or gemstones to create a custom piece for you, we
will be responsible for the stones in the unlikely event of breakage during setting.
There may be occasions - where upon the inspection of your diamonds or gemstones
- we see more risk to your stone while being reset. We will contact you and explain
to you our concerns and discuss the best way to proceed.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards - VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Upon your acceptance of the design we are creating for you, we require a 50% deposit
for us to begin the work. The balance is due in full when the item is complete and
usually will be charged the day the item ships to you.
